This is my sister's recipe and it is wonderful !!
Paula's Lemon Melting Moments
Cookie
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cake flour (this boxed flour really works the best)
3/4 c. cornstarch
Frosting
1/3 c. soft butter
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbs. lemon zest
2 Tbs. lemon juice
For the cookie, cream together butter and sugar and then add flour and
cornstarch. Roll into 1" balls and bake at 300 for 20 minutes. For the
frosting, add all of the ingredients together and mix. Makes 3 dozen
cookies.
