hi yall,

i hope yall are doing well.it is hot and humid in georgia.we got a little rain shower last night but still need some more.the daylillies are blooming.i have not been in the yard the last couple of days but i am going to do some work on it today.i got some pics of the daylillies.have a great day.

Love the day lillies..they are some of my fav's..I have one hollyhock blooming some annuals and butterfly bush...not much else...I just haven't gardened this year much.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you...

Beautiful Vixin !! Where in GA are you? I am near Savannah and mine are long gone. Hot and humid doesn't even come close here. It was 97 the other night at 9 pm.

thanks yall,

dottie i love hollyhocks but they do not grow for me.glasser i am in south guyton which is 30 minutes from savannah.where are you located?i love the heat but my family has not been happy with the temps around here either.the humidity is what the problem is around here it stays high.stay cool and have a goodnight.

I love daylilies, but the weeds have almost covered them all and they have not bloomed much this year. 2 reasons--I am getting older and slower ( LOL), and the weather has gotten hotter and hotter the last few years! At age 73 I can usually work a couple of hours in the morning and have to go inside and do something crafty in the afternoon. Or take a nap-grin.....

The temps have been in the high 90s with heat index as high as 109-112. And it has been raining a LOT.

we have been having those high temps here in southeast georgia but we had little rain until last week.i was so happy to see the rain.have a goodnight.
