Here's a great fast and easy gift to pack in those Christmas tins you have a supply of for a quick gift.
CINNAMON PECANS
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs water
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/2 tsp dried orange peel
Combine all ingredients and mix over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add 3 CUPS PECAN HALVES and cook until all sugar is absorbed. Spread on waxed paper and separate with a fork and let cool.
