    they are so cool. someone suggested putting saran wrap on the wings and adhering it with a blow dryer.

    I Really like those bugs too. Just wondered if water would get in ,causing a bug problem? Still may try to make a couple. Rail

    These are SO darn cute....  it's the first time I've seen them anyplace.  Thank you for sharing.  Now I have yet ANOTHER project "to-do"!

    Well, I was looking for a coloered bottle to make one of these bugs, I did not find any I liked but I did find something!! A votive candle holder!!

    debapaka is the washers with half marbles for the eyes???

    They are cute I am asking about the picture with the single bug. 

    and what guage of wire is that???

    Yes, the washers and half marbles for eyes. I don't know the guage of the wire, leftover stuff from construction. It is a little to heavy I would like to find some easier to work with, had to use pliers.

    WOW, I just spent about a half hour over at robomargo's website........ I feel like a traitor to this site, as I haven't finished checking this one out yet.  Did get a lot of ideas .......... Now I know why I'm a packrat.

    Welcome back Debapaka,

    I remember those cute bug bottles...isn't it fun to check out other people's sites...there are so many you could just sit at the pooter day and night just looking at all the cool stuff...I'm a packrat too...it's awful... some say a sickness...oh well
