    Good afternoon....

It's raining and gloomy here today...and cold...48 degrees last time I checked.  I refuse to turn on the furnance at this time of the year, so I think I need to put more clothes on!!

I'm thinking I'll just go to the basement and work on the laundry and getting more of DD#2's stuff boxed up so it can be taken to her house......and while I'm there go thru my dish collection and try to find something to smash.  I have an unfinished project that I'd like to work on finishing up.

The problem I'm having is finding the right colors in the right thickness.

Hey Rach, It's raining here in southeast Ga., we need it really bad.. I love it when it rains.. Mary and I both love to be in the mountains when it rains.  We just got back from Chesapeake, Va.  Went up for SIL's retirement ceremony from USN. On the way back we scooted over to Seagrove, N.C. to visit with 3 of my cousins. Had a great trip. Looked at you albums...loved them.  The spiders were my favorite.  Hope it warms up for you and we pray that the really bad weather will stay away from you.           Big Bob

    Re: Good afternoon....

Thanks Big Bob.Big Smile  I love making the spiders, and do a few dozen every year.  It's still raining here with temps still in the 40's.  I don't think our mid-western summer is ever gonna get here this year!!  I'm almost looking forward to 105 degrees, with 95 percent humidity, and totally dead air!!  DD#2 lived in GA for several years. She came here to us three years ago when her life fell apart, and is always complaining about how much nicer the weather is there.  I'm from Florida and do often miss the warmer weather...but not the bugs!!

I have been in the basement most of the day, but still haven't broken any plates!  I did get several boxes of dd's stuff packed up, and dh took it to her house along with the grandson after school.

    Be Safe, Rach
