    Hey Rach,  Hope everything is okay out your way. Weather channel was showing some pretty serious damage from storms thru out the midwest. Hope and pray that you and yours are safe. Big Bob and Minnie Mary

    Bob I'm  from Iowa  And we had a twister hit  Northeast Iowa at Parkersburg 6 people were killed. the storm hit Parkersburg at 5PM. it is 20miles from Cedar Falls Iowa, the winds was 120 to 150 miles a hr. 1/3 of Parkersburg got hit.  The storm sirens sounded which did help  prevented  even great loss of life. 70 people were injured in the storm. The Aplington/ Parkersburg high school was destroyed by the Twister. Iowa's Governor Chet Culver declared Black Hawk  & Butler countries Disaster areas.I live in central Iowa  we had 1 inche of rain and alot of lightening  and thunder and wind but no one got hurt down here. Des Moines, Iowa had hail too  It missed us.

    I'm happy to hear you are ok.  We are heading to Texas in a couple of days.  Being from Canada we're not used to these twisters.  Although we lived in Kansas for almost a year.  The worst thing that happened there was the big ice storm.  And that was bad enough.  Take care.
